Comfort is Key
By ks12345
I own the Schwinn Miramar Women's Comfort Bike. I have never been a huge fan of riding bikes until this summer. My friend really got me into it, and it was not until after my purchase of this bike that I really began to appreciate how wonderful it really can be. I have never liked riding bike for the fact your seat is so uncomfortable. That is why I chose to go with something that was comfortable and still rid able for long distances. When I jump off my new bike I have no problems what so ever. I am so happy with my purchase that I have began to ride my bike at least three to four times a week. It goes to show that spending a little extra for comfort can really go a long ways.

nice bike, but very crooked wheel
By debkat10
My husband, who has quite a bit of experience working on bicycles, put this bike together for me. He had to make the usual adjustments to the brakes, spokes, etc. and was happy with the bike... until he got to the back wheel. It was not even kind of straight and took well over an hour of adjusting the spokes to straighten it out. The bike was packed very well, so it must have been a manufacturing problem as opposed to damage caused during shipping.
I'm still giving it 4 stars because it is a nice, solid bike for the price. I would buy it again, but I would not recommend putting it together yourself unless you have some experience with bike tuning (also the directions are not fantastic, so I would have been lost if hubby didn't know what was going on). I would say either take it to a bike shop for a tune up or buy one that's already been put together by a pro.
