I've been riding the bike around town to and from school, about 7 miles round trip. Also done a 12 mile and 20 mile trek.
This is my first time putting a bike together or doing any real work on one. Received the bike in 2 boxes, with everything wrapped in cardboard or some foamy wrapping stuff. The whole back end was Pre assembled which was nice. All I had to put together was front fender and handlebars. It took a little while, maybe 2.5 hours, cuz I didn't have the best tools and instructions were generic (not for that specific bike.) the derauler is set at the factory but I had to tweak mine a bit because it wouldn't go into third gear and the chain was rubbing on it.
I've been riding it a couple days and only complaint is the fenders. They're fairly cheap and if I hit a bump they start to rub on the tires which is annoying and kinda loud. Considering taking them off for the sake of not dealing with it any more. Also the seat isn't what was pictured. It has a white line on it but it's still a rather comfy schwinn.
Pros:
Back end was assembled and was fairly easy to put rest together.
Comfy ride for cruising around town.
Book rack is great for a backpack or other random stuff.
Was shipped wrapped and packaged fairly well.
Cons:
Fenders are annoying.
Had to readjust derauler before I could ride it.

this bike was fairly easy to assemble. It seems to be very durable and the many ways to adjust the handle bars is great. This bike was a great price and can be set up to accept many differant size riders. It shifts and rolls like a dream.

This was my very first bike purchase. I'm a rather large guy (290) and was looking for something comfortable. This bike holds up well under my weight and with a new seat, Sunlite Cloud-9 Bicycle Suspension Cruiser Saddle, Cruiser Gel, Tri-color Black, it provides a very comfortable ride. The gear changer is also a neat feature. This doesn't use the handlebar twist style but a thumb lever.
Assembling the bike left a bit to be desired. I didn't have the correct tools and tried to get by with what I had. This was a mistake. I ended up going to Home Depot and picking up the correct size tools. After doing so everything went much smoother. Please beware, either take this to a local bike shop to have put together or purchase the correct tools.
